Need a job, but life challenges are getting in the way?
We’re helping Ventura County youth ages (14 – 24) overcome their barriers to employment. Together we can help you handle your obstacles and prepare for a career that excites you!

Eligible local youth (ages 14 – 24) can receive many incredible services at no-cost through this program, including but not limited to:
  • One-on-one career coaching and mentorship
  • Transportation aid for those with unreliable or unavailable transportation
  • Assistance in overcoming unstable living situations, homelessness, a justice-involved past, teenage pregnancy, and language barriers
  • Resume writing
  • Completing GED and obtaining High School diploma
  • Childcare guidance and assistance
  • Interview coaching
  • Job search advice and preparation
  • Internship and apprenticeship opportunities
  • Online professional networking (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Education assistance
  • Financial literacy
  • Credential attainment
  • and so much more!
