We’re helping Ventura County youth ages (14 – 24) overcome their barriers to employment. Together we can help you handle your obstacles and prepare for a career that excites you!
Eligible local youth (ages 14 – 24) can receive many incredible services at no-cost through this program, including but not limited to:

- One-on-one career coaching and mentorship
- Transportation aid for those with unreliable or unavailable transportation
- Assistance in overcoming unstable living situations, homelessness, a justice-involved past, teenage pregnancy, and language barriers
- Resume writing
- Completing GED and obtaining High School diploma
- Childcare guidance and assistance
- Interview coaching
- Job search advice and preparation
- Internship and apprenticeship opportunities
- Online professional networking (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Education assistance
- Financial literacy
- Credential attainment
- and so much more!
